This first one is for high school students, teachers, and parents. Middle School students could play this but I think it would be too hard for most elementary students. It is a challenge. A word is given and you must rearrange a set of letters to make a synonym for the first word. The words I got when I played were long. A clue is given after a certain length of time to let you know with which letter the new word starts. Thesarus Tangle
Another game for high school students. Elementary and middle school students can play but will not know many of the words. However, if they go to check their answers and read the definitions they could use this as a learning opportunity…. if they don’t get frustrated. This game changes daily. Please read these directions before playing. Choose a word in the left hand column. Then pick the word from the right column that means the same. Wait for the game to say select a word and then select a match as you play. If you get in a hurry you will get your answers wrong. When you click on the answers. Look to see if your answers are in the same order as the correct answers. (The words match if they are the same color.) The words are hard but when you finish and check your answers the definitions are given. There are only five word. Learn at least five new words everyday! Match Up Daily
